An Incredible Evening of Magic, Music and Dance!
Steffan Soule is based in Seattle where his performances
are well known in the theater scene. Steffan has worked with the
Seattle Symphony, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle Repertory Theatre,
The 5th Avenue Theatre, Village Theatre, and Seattle Children’s
Theatre. Currently, Steffan and his company, A Touch of Magic, arrange
and perform creative, theatrical magic for corporate audiences and
private parties while creating new works with artist Cooper Edens
and their magic ensemble.
In every production, Steffan incorporates multiple disciplines in
the arts. This production marks the return to
dance and movement as a beginning point for all special effects.
On Stage with Steffan Soule
Barbara Halliday – A Touch of Magic’s
Business Manager and Magic Assistant – Her numerous roles
out perform even her wardrobe. Barbara is instrumental in designing
and producing every A Touch of Magic project since 1996.
Leah Kennedy – Magic Assistant – began
with Mysterian in the year 2000 by balancing on the tip of a sword.
She continues to develop new ways to reveal the impossible with
Steffan ever since.
David Aldridge – Choreographer – has
performed hundreds of various shows with A Touch of Magic as a
magic performer and has literally 25 years of dance
classes (close to 30 actually) under his belt. He performed 14
shows at CLO, 7 Brides for 7 brothers and Camelot at Village Theater
and carries an emphasis on musical dance
theater. David has taught tap dance at Alderwood
Dance Spectrum and choreographed “Lil’ Abner” at
Northwest Savioyards and select scenes from “Bye Bye Birdie”.
In this production, he makes his debut combining magic with dance.
Dancers:
Becky Bergstrom has danced for 12 years, at Alderwood
Dance Spectrum, where she now teaches a number of classes. She
has also studied at London Studio Center in England. She auditions
at 5th Avenue Theater, Village Theater and hopes one day to become
a Radio City Rockette.
Michelle Lidston has been studying dance since
the age of three and has trained in a variety of dance forms focusing
on tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop. She has enjoyed sharing her
talents as a member of the Alderwood Dance Spectrum performing
and competition teams since 2002.
Missy Wallen instructs dance full time at Alderwood
Dance Spectrum from tap to ballet, jazz and hip hop. She also runs
the Alderwood Dance Spectrum performance/competition team. Missy
will audition for the Seattle Sea Gals team in April.

Pat Bara – Stage Manager – works with
A Touch of Magic in many capacities during their customized productions,
parties and events. She is a founding cast member of “Mysterian”.
Ms. Bara has also performed in professional and community theatres
throughout the greater Puget Sound.
Mark Steneide – Lighting Wizard – runs
his lighting, staging and rigging company for large scale events
all over the Northwest. Steffan and Mark met on a film set many
years ago, and they have been creating special effects together
ever since.
